Fantastic Sushi, with all the special touches!

I'd had a busy day at work, was too tired to cook and decided to give Sushi Planet a call for delivery. The online ordering is simple, and the delivery man was friendly. But what caught my eye was the attention to detail! It looked like I'd bought a gift for myself and the packaging is delightful! The same attention to detail and care was definitely put into their food with all the pieces being what I would call "sushi perfection" fabulous!

Best place

Best cafes Japanese cuisine in Adelaide. We visited this place on the opening day. there were so many guests. delicious food, all the products are very fresh. modern, nice interior, a lot of seats. staff knows their job.

Delicious sushi experience

Great friendly service, the sushi was amazing and they have a very extensive menu! Finally somewhere like this in Adelaide and they deliver!! The place is brand new and very well designed and set up! Love the open plan kitchen. Great jobs guys keep it up!

Me and my partner decided to order take away sushi planet last night. We had previously visited the restaurant to dine in and we were amazed by the quality of the sushi, presentation and service. When the sushi arrived (Free delivery ohh yeah!) we were gobsmacked at the level of presentation. From the bag itself, to the cute little sushi boxes, every part was meticulously thought out. And the sushi itself, amazing! Extremely fresh and full of flavour. Once you try sushi planet, simply nothing will compare!

Fantastic service and the freshest of produce

You can definitely tell the difference when the freshest produce is used. It's nice to have such friendly and attentive servers also.

My friends and I have dine in to this restaurant lately after a few months. As usual, the food was great and fresh.

Another thing is that we were very happy to be greeted with a smile from a waitress. I think she is from Philippines and I think she is new because I just saw her (I wasn't able to ask her name). But, she can explain well in details all that is asked from her and she is best in up selling. She is very excellent in costumer service from beginning to end. We go in every time we see her. She is a best definition of grace under pressure. Great service indeed.

Terrible service

Been to West Tce twice now. Family of 4. First visit waited far too long for meals. Not all of us served meals at similar times. My sons meal came 30 mins after 3 of us had finished eating and my entree was forgotten completely I had to go up to counter twice to ask where it was and this was after my main meal, eventually came 40 mins late. Shame, I would have liked my entree as an entree. Second visit, again, meals brought out at staggered times and very long wait for meals for 2 of us. And mix up with order so one person was eating after the rest of us had finished our meals. Food was pretty good, when we finally got it! For higher prices I expect higher service.
Get better service at McDonalds.
Will definitely not be coming again.

Where is the service in Hackham aye? I have night cravings for sushi and you guys are the only place that delivers but you exclude Hackham, I am very heartbroken and will need counselling after this traumatic experience.

Disappointed

We ordered our meal online today at 4:30pm for a 6:30pm delivery. I planned this early for our daughters 8th birthday dinner.
I called through at 6:40pm to check where our order was.
The gentleman on the end of the line apologised and said that the driver had not left yet and would be another half an hour.
40 minutes later we received our meal.
It was terrible.
Hot items were cold, chicken was very overcooked and soggy. Sushi was very average and not to its usual standard.
Also items were missing from the sushi set.
We always enjoy eating in the Adelaide restaurant and we are just so disappointed with the level of service provided for delivery tonight.
Hopefully this review provides enough feedback to assist making changes needed for us to dine with sushi planet again.
